Choosing a preschool is a big decision. Here are the details families ask about most—and an easy way to reach Miss Melissa if you need anything else.
Who is eligible to enroll?
Children who are 4 or 5 by August 31, 2026 receive standard eligibility. Three-year-olds may apply and are considered individually based on developmental readiness, available space, and instructor approval. Every child must be fully potty-trained.
When are classes?
Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays. The morning session runs 9:00–11:30 AM. The afternoon session runs 12:00–2:30 PM and currently has a waiting list.
What does tuition include?
Tuition is $1,485 for the school year. Families may pay in full or in nine monthly payments of $165, due September through May. A separate $75 non-refundable registration fee reserves your child’s place.
What calendar does the preschool follow?
Blissful Beginnings follows the Richland School District calendar for holidays, winter and spring breaks, and district closures. Our public calendar combines preschool events with the district dates families need.
What should my child bring?
After enrollment, families receive a practical orientation guide with the current supply list, arrival details, classroom expectations, and important school-year reminders.
What is the illness policy?
Children showing signs of illness should stay home and may return after being symptom-free without medication for 24 hours. This helps protect every child and family in our small classroom community.
How will families receive updates?
Important schedule and classroom updates are shared directly with families. Activity and event photos may also be shared through a private Instagram page limited to approved current parents and guardians.
How do I register?
Complete the online registration application and select a registration-fee payment method. Miss Melissa will review your application and follow up about availability and next steps.
